Fused Salt Level Potassium Nitrate

Fused salt for heat storage is a very crucial system in solar thermal power generation. Fused salt mainly is potassium nitrate or salt-mixture made of potassium nitrate. Due to corrosiveness and pit requirement of equipment, potassium nitrate for fused salt has very strict requirements for quality. Besides high purity requirement, content of impurity ion is required to be very low, content of chlorine ion (CI-) in particular, which is the cause of corrosion and affecting equipment service life.
